Continuing in my interests in the iconic places of the North Idaho landscape wherein I live and love, I painted this Veterans Memorial Bridge that looms above the road that twists around the beautiful Lake Coeur d Alene in the fall. The bridge offers a quick way to navigate the area around the hills while the road below offers a more leisurely way to enjoy the area. Done plein air in pastel on a beautiful autumn day.
