Painted on site at the Coeur d'Alene Plaza Shops during the monthly ArtWalk. The shop was all decked on with string lights and balloons and dresses placed out front, also displaying the ArtWalk poster. The bright lights inside added to the celebratory mood of the painting.

LANDSCAPES OF MY LIFE - Harriett describes herself as a "Mountain Dreamer." Growing up in Texas, She vacationed in the mountains and dreamed about living in them. She participated in art all of her life, drawing, oil painting,and pastels. Then her dream came tru, moving to North Idaho surrounded by the Bitterroot Mountains. began, focusing on pastel and oil in realistic to impressionistic style,sometimes plein air, trying to capture the awesome beauty of all of God’s creation.
